1. Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days of receiving payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During sale periods or high-demand launches, dispatch may take up to 7 business days. We will communicate any delays proactively.

3. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders across India, with no minimum order value required.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at online@ncjohn.com.
5. Delivery attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times at your registered address. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the package will be held at the nearest courier facility for 5 days before being returned to us. Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing your order.
6. Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please email us at online@ncjohn.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge.
7. We do not currently ship to:
- International destinations
- P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
