Refund policy

1. Returns

We want you to love your mat. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • In its original, unused condition — not washed, cleaned, or placed in use
  • In original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Mats that have been used, placed at an entrance, washed, or cleaned
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional event
  • Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
  • Returns initiated after 14 days of the delivery date

2. How to initiate a return

Email us at online@ncjohn.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and a photo if the item is damaged. Once confirmed, we will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address — no courier office visits, no shipping charges. We aim to respond to all return requests within 1 business day.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method — credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking. The full order amount is refunded including taxes paid. Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional business days depending on your provider.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please write to us at online@ncjohn.com.

4. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your mat arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us at online@ncjohn.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a photo, and a brief description. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no charge — no return required.

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. Please initiate a return for your original order and place a new order separately.

6. Return shipping

The Yard covers all return shipping costs for approved returns. We arrange courier pickup from your delivery address at a time convenient for you.
